Stress can be a positive thing. It can motivate us and helps us to grow, develop and be stimulated. However, when stress reaches a certain level, it can overcome a person’s ability to cope and can impact on their physical and mental health.
This workshop will help you to identify the causes and effects of stress and to assist you in developing the skills required to manage stress in your everyday life. The focus is on incorporating nature connection into your working and personal life to help manage stress and reduce anxiety.
You will also develop a personalised nature connection health and wellbeing action plan to use as part of your post workshop learning .
Duration 1 x 3 hour workshop virtual or can be combined with a nature based wellbeing workshop face to face
If you have home based workers then this 3 hour workshop will help them explore the benefits and challenges of working from home, or in a blended office/home arrangement. Participants will find out how to develop structure, deal with isolation, balance work and home life, and also how to incorporate nature connection into their wellbeing at work strategy. They will also develop a personalised health and wellbeing action plan for working from home . if your team are home based or can be delivered as a standalone workshop or alongside our other courses.
